This Privacy Policy explains how Inriz ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information from users ("you", "your") when you interact with our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"), including Inriz Communities, Inriz Calc, Inriz Account, and other applications hosted on inriz.com. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your information in accordance with this policy.
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account or use our Services. If you are between 13 and 16 and located in the European Economic Area, you may need parental or guardian consent to use our Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
a. Account Information: When you create an Inriz Account, we collect your username. An email address may be collected for account recovery purposes.
b. Session and Security Data: We collect IP addresses, user agent strings, and session timestamps to protect against unauthorized access and to maintain service security.
c. User-Generated Content: When you use Inriz Communities, we store messages, uploaded files (images, documents), community membership, and related metadata.
d. Profile Information: You may optionally provide a bio and other profile details visible to other users.
e. Push Notification Data: If you opt in to push notifications, we store your device's push subscription endpoint and related keys, used solely to deliver notifications.
f. Uploaded Media: Images uploaded to our Services are re-encoded and stripped of metadata (including EXIF and location data) before storage. Original files are not retained.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our Services; authenticate users and manage accounts; deliver messages and notifications; enforce our Terms of Use; and protect against fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling purposes.
We do not share your personal information with third parties except when required by law or legal process, to protect the rights, safety, or property of Inriz or its users, or with your explicit consent.
a. Encryption: All data is transmitted using TLS encryption. Sensitive account credentials are cryptographically hashed and never stored in plaintext.
b. Media Processing: Uploaded images are re-processed server-side to remove metadata and re-encoded for security. User-uploaded content is served from a separate domain with restrictive security headers.

Our servers are located in Europe. If you access our Services from outside this region, your data will be transferred to and processed in Europe.
