These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"), including Inriz Communities, Inriz Calc, Inriz Account, and other applications hosted on inriz.com. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Services. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are operated by users under 13.
By accessing or using the Services, you confirm your agreement to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
a. Account Creation: To access certain features, you may be required to create an Inriz Account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
b. Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
c. One Account: You may maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans, restrictions, or for deceptive purposes is prohibited.
You agree not to:
a. Your Content: You retain ownership of content you post through the Services. By posting content, you grant Inriz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate the Services.
b. Moderation: Inriz and community administrators may remove content or restrict access at their discretion for violations of these Terms or community guidelines.
c. Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you post. Inriz does not endorse or assume liability for user-generated content.
a. Community Creators: Users who create communities are responsible for moderating their communities in accordance with these Terms.
b. Community Rules: Individual communities may establish additional rules. Violation of community rules may result in removal from that community.
c. Platform Rules: All communities must comply with these Terms. Inriz may remove communities that systematically violate these Terms.
a. Ownership: The Inriz name, logo, and all platform code, design, and materials are the intellectual property of Inriz. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
b. Feedback: Any suggestions or feedback you provide about the Services may be used by Inriz without obligation to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inriz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
a. By Inriz: We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Services.
b. By You: You may stop using the Services at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting support@inriz.com.
Inriz reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Inriz operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
